Job Responsibilities
1. Develop standard specifications for hardware design, as well as a process system for hardware design review;
2. Responsible for designing and verifying hardware technical solutions, participating in the review and determination of product hardware technical indicators;
3. Responsible for product board and overall schematic design, PCB design, component selection, prototype testing, debugging, and ensuring design quality;
4. Responsible for editing, archiving, and modifying hardware related documents during the development process;
5. Responsible for EMC design, completing EMC testing, and assisting with product certification related work;
6. Pre sales and after-sales technical support, production trial and mass production technical support, and analysis of defective products;
7. Management and work arrangement of hardware team.
Job requirements
1. PhD degree, with over 8 years of experience in hardware circuit development and over 2 years of experience in hardware team management; Experience in developing hardware design processes is preferred;
2. Proficient in using Altium Designer for schematic and multi-layer PCB design; High frequency signal wiring, mixed modulus, 3W principle, 20H principle, impedance matching;
3. Solid foundation in analog electronics, digital electronics, familiar with key technical indicators of commonly used components, with experience in circuit design, small signal amplification, and high-precision measurement scheme design;
4. Have experience in product development simulation and debugging;
5. Familiar with electronic product surge/static/pulse group/radiation/conduction tests, and have the ability to handle EMC issues;
6. Experience in trial production, range tracking, and analysis of defective products;
7. Familiar with industry related standards;
