Job description ：
Main responsibilities.
1. Responsible for requirement analysis and various preparatory work in the early stage of project initiation, and timely and effective project communication with various departments to ensure the achievement of project goals;
2. Responsible for project requirement analysis, R&D budget formulation, preliminary design, organizing and completing detailed design, and undertaking some core project development work, timely solving problems that arise during the project process, and ensuring the smooth progress of the project;
3. Track project progress and project risk management, regularly report project progress status to superiors, and ensure the normal progress of the project;
4. Coordinate cooperation among project team members and communication between the project team and external parties to ensure the smooth progress of the project;
5. Assist the Director of Product Development in planning and executing new technology research and development, new project development, technology updates and upgrades, etc., to promote the improvement and development of the company’s technical capabilities;
6. Assist the Director of Product Development in supporting sales, business, production, quality and other departments to jointly complete company business and achieve company performance growth;
7. Assist the Product Development Director in managing the Wuxi technical application development team and providing technical support to internal and external customers;
8. Assist the Director of Product Development in streamlining systems and processes, ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of workflow and operations, and promoting efficient service activities.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral student, major requirements. Chemistry, Materials Science, Electronics, Automation and other related science and engineering majors;
2. Work experience. Over 3 years of experience in research and development positions, and over 1 year of experience in research and development management
3. Familiar with the process flow of the electronic manufacturing industry
4. Strong technical management, project management, and team management skills
5. Capable of organizing analysis and decision-making implementation based on actual resources, and possessing forward-looking thinking in technology
6. Ability to communicate in spoken English
