Job description ：
1. Research the latest trends in display technology in the industry, responsible for the development of display screen components, definition of technical parameters, development of display effect technology roadmap, and ensuring that display effects reach the forefront of the industry;
2. Proficient in LED optical design, involved in the planning, selection, and optical design of front-end display projects to ensure industry-leading display effects;
3. Familiar with various display effect algorithm principles (color mapping/CE/CABC/ACL/SRE/HDR), guide competitor analysis and display effect debugging;
4. Responsible for researching, developing, and introducing new processes, developing screen optical evaluation plans, and establishing evaluation standards;
5. Analyze the display effect issues encountered in the project and provide optimization solutions for effect debugging.

1. Familiar with the principles and composition architecture of display screens, as well as optical indicators of display screens, proficient in display effect evaluation methods;
2. Proficient in the optical design principles of LED display screens, proficient in the impact of various secondary materials and design schemes on optical effects;
3. Familiar with color theory and two or more color models;
4. Familiar with the working principle of display screen drivers and the basic principles of various display effect algorithms (color mapping/CE/ABCC/ACL/SRE/HDR);
5. Familiar with the calibration principle of display screens, able to perform optical calibration on WPC, gamma, and luminance of display screens, and have experience in white balance optimization and debugging;
6. Understand new technologies in the display industry, accurately grasp future trends in display technology development, and have profound insights.
