-Responsible for the research and development, design, and improvement of magneto electric related products to ensure that their technical performance meets market demand;
-Participate in the entire product development process, including requirement analysis, solution design, testing and validation, and optimization iterations;
-Research cutting-edge magneto electric technology, track industry trends, and provide professional advice for the company’s products and technology roadmap;
-Coordinate cross departmental cooperation to ensure the smooth progress of R&D projects as planned;
-Develop and execute R&D project plans to ensure timely completion and achievement of expected goals.
[Job Requirements]
-PhD or above in magneto electric, electronic engineering or related fields;
-Having over 1 year of experience in the research and development of magneto electric products, familiar with magneto electric materials, magnetic components, and their applications;
-Familiar with electromagnetic field theory, circuit design, simulation analysis and other technologies, possessing strong hands-on and problem-solving abilities;
-Have good teamwork spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills, and project management abilities;
-Have a keen insight into new technologies, able to think independently and propose innovative solutions;
-Capable of withstanding work pressure and adapting to fast-paced work environments.
