Job Responsibilities.
1. Responsible for the overall design and development planning of technology application solutions in the fields of current large-scale model construction, multimodal learning, deep text understanding and generation algorithms, reinforcement learning, etc.
2. Focus on the technical implementation of specific application scenarios such as knowledge graph question answering systems, Text2Sq1 conversion, information summarization and instruction extraction, role-playing dialogue systems, and intelligent content creation.
3. Participate in LLM training and platform construction, conduct research, track and reproduce the latest progress and effects of generative large models, and implement technical applications in the department’s core business products.
4. Build an industry wide model technology system that can be quickly adapted and implemented, explore and support application scenarios in the industry, including but not limited to knowledge services such as intelligent question answering and retrieval enhancement.
5. Cooperate with departmental business needs, provide technical support and solutions, and enhance the overall intelligence level of the product.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral or postdoctoral, with priority given to majors in artificial intelligence, big data, electronic information, and related fields.
2. Proficient in the theory of artificial intelligence, grasp the latest development trends, possess solid algorithm research and development capabilities, and good code implementation skills.
3. Have a deep understanding and practical experience in optimizing large model training, multimodal learning algorithms, NLP/CV, and other related technologies
4. In the field of large models, have led influential projects or have NLP CV、 Priority should be given to pre trained models related to videos and their downstream applications.
5. Published articles in top NLP conference journals (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR)
Priority is given to ICCV, ACL, KDD, etc.
