Job requirements.
1. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, industry experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with the process of product development, familiar with the key links of the development process, familiar with the core content and methods of new product development process;
3. Experience in building and managing product development teams.
Job Responsibilities.
1. Based on the company’s development strategy, develop product research and development plans and technical routes, form written records, and provide plans and guidance for technical research and development work;
2. Organize and manage technical R&D teams, allocate tasks, improve team efficiency, establish and optimize R&D processes, strengthen collaboration, reduce R&D costs, and improve R&D quality and efficiency; Develop forward-looking development projects and strategies based on the company’s development strategy and market demand;
3. Responsible for overall product design and control, organizing technical personnel to carry out R&D work, solving technical problems during the R&D process, completing R&D samples and conducting testing and verification, and forming test reports;
4. According to market demand, organize new product development projects, budget and other work, guide and assist the procurement department in completing the indicator selection and demonstration of various components, control the overall process of new product development, check technical reviews, reduce development risks, and provide necessary technical support and after-sales technical support to the sales department;
5. Complete the sample validation, generate a pilot report, complete the product process documents, work instructions, and quality inspection standards; Track and guide the production import of R&D products, assist NPI in completing product import production. Responsible for standard setting, production follow-up, inspection control, and quality management related documents during the product production process; Organize the evaluation of sample performance and generate an evaluation report;
6. Responsible for product technology management of the company and developing R&D system standards; Having good system thinking and process thinking, applying ISO9001 system and national military standard system to every aspect of research and development work in practice;
7. Responsible for the overall management of R&D process records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the records; Ensure that the developed products have reliability, maintainability, assurance, testability, safety, environmental adaptability, proficiency in automotive and industrial level application requirements, ensure that the developed products are suitable for automotive or industrial level requirements, and achieve full verification and evidence-based decision-making;
8. Responsible for R&D project management, controlling the project process, and collaborating with other departments to ensure project completion. And evaluate the work of each project manager and participating project team members, and participate in the development, planning, and evaluation of the performance management system for department personnel;
9. Responsible for the investigation, cooperation, project approval, application and other full line work of R&D external projects.
