Job description ：
Job requirements.
1. Full time doctoral degree, majoring in materials science, chemistry, electrochemistry, or related fields;
2. Capable of independently undertaking research and development projects, with strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
3. Candidates with experience in simulation research or projects related to materials such as lithium batteries, sodium batteries, and solid-state/semi-solid batteries will be given priority consideration;
4. Has good stress resistance and can endure hardship.
Welfare policy.
1. Doctoral residency can apply for a subsidy of 50000 to 100000 yuan;
2. Postdoctoral fellows can enjoy an additional government living allowance of no more than 180000 yuan per year during their tenure at the station.
3. The company provides free accommodation and meals (starting from one bedroom and one living room), with large subsidies for car purchases, and technical talents are given priority in enjoying equity incentives.
