Job description ：
Job Responsibilities.
1. Fully manage the company’s project development and operation.
2. Comprehensive management of peptide coupled drug (PDC) drug design (including chemical modification of targeted peptides, linker and payload design); Participate in the development and marketing strategies of peptide products such as beauty peptides.
3. Global leadership and communication with strategic partners such as CRO companies, AI companies, universities, etc. to discover, design, and optimize lead compounds.
4. Track and manage the progress of various R&D projects throughout the entire process of the company.
5. Responsible for tracking the cutting-edge progress of global PDC and peptide drug research and development, and providing evaluation opinions for the company’s project initiation and promotion.
Job requirements.
1. Have comprehensive experience in managing the entire process from product development to clinical trials.
2. Have relevant work experience in AI/CADD and experience in mainstream market drug application.
3. Doctoral education background in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, biochemistry, peptide chemistry and other related majors, project management experience, independent research and development project experience, overseas work experience background is preferred.
4. Possess innovative and stress resistant abilities, as well as entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm from scratch; Have good habits of self-learning and improvement, and have a self motivation, self-discipline, and brave heart.
5. English proficiency. able to accurately and efficiently read and study foreign professional literature, and possess daily English oral communication skills.
