Job description ：
1. New product approval and appraisal. Assist in the annual new product approval, trial production, appraisal, archiving and other work. Organize activities such as preparing new product promotion materials and market promotion arrangements, and assist in providing new product technology materials for project application.
2. Promotion of new product achievements. do a good job in promoting technological innovation projects; Responsible for and supervising technicians to actively carry out market service communication and exchange work, timely summarize market problems and solve feedback.
3. Mold and tooling design. Do a good job in designing various molds throughout the factory. Track the usage of newly designed molds on site and make timely improvements to any unreasonable aspects; According to market requirements and workshop demands, carry out tooling parameter design work, and timely revise and improve tooling processes based on standard updates.
4. Introduction of new technologies and materials. Assist in the introduction of new processes, technologies, and materials, and evaluate their effectiveness.
5. Team building. Responsible for personnel introduction and training.
