Job requirements.
Mainly responsible for chip research and development work, including device design, process development, material research and development, etc.
The company has its own unique product, and this position mainly focuses on building a team for future GaN.
At present, the product direction is 6-inch filter chips and gallium arsenide chips.
1. Background of Chinese Academy of Sciences, doctoral degree;
2. The direction of GaN compound chips includes device, process development, materials, etc;
3. The workplace is located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
